I love this chair. I was struggling to put it together called Task Rabbit and a wonderful young man did it in twelve minutes. It is so comfortable. Only one problem. I am 5'2" The headrest hits the back of my head. (maybe that's what it's supposed to do?). It would be perfect if it could be lowered to neck level. In other words against the top of the chair in place of a space. I would like to write a suggestion to the company to make it adjustable. How do I do that? Overall so many good things about this chair.

This chair is well made in all its features. The Meah seating is especially welcome in warm muggy weather. Assembly was very easy with the single tool — an Allen wrench — which was supplied alongg with very clear instructions and clearly labeled parts. I bought a second chair because I like it so much. And I cannot believe that it cost so little.

Get this chair for your back’s sake — After watching YouTube reviews of this chair I decided to get it. I sat on Herman Miller for years at work and it wasn’t as comfortable to me. Lumbar support and it’s simple adjustable back angles are good. I’m not fussy about arms; so they’re fine. Took the head rest off; looks better anyways. Glad to have this budget ergonomic chair.

If you have any weight to you (plump folks) the bottom seat portion is MOLDED plastic and MESH. Not a good foundation for support for long term sitting. Because if your parts don't fit in the uncurved section you will sit uneven and it's very uncomfortable. Otherwise I LOVE this chair. Will buy another if I can get a cushier seat. It actually makes me very tired at the end of the day. Assembly was easy peasy.

Not for bone-y butts

Unfortunately this chair was not for my body type. I got it as a recommendation from a friend. I am 6 feet tall and 145 lb I have no cushion on my backside. The seat of the chair has not supported it is just mesh netting it hurt my legs when I wore shorts and very uncomfortable for my tail. I thought ergonomic would be the way to go but I am returning this chair unfortunately. I also did not like the arms they barely adjust in height.
