I love this mesh chair without a doubt its very comfortable and sturdy only complaints I have are minor compared to the things I do like about it. The headrest was uncomfortable for me in its original position and I wish the seat itself had softer cushioning to fold your feet into without feeling like it's hurting your skin. With all the negative said this chair serves me well for both tasks I got it for gaming and working from home both require sitting for long periods of time and when I'm done nothing in my body hurts which is a huge plus it keeps my posture just right. It reclines just enough for me to not feel like I'm gonna fall and the feet glide gracefully when I need to turn off the light switch. Overall 4.7 will be my official score thank you staples and chair manufacturer.

Great for small and short

I'm 5'7" 160 lbs. It fits me perfectly and feels really comfortable. However I give it 4 stars because the headrest needs to be more adjustable. I got this chair for the guy who works for me 6' 190 lbs. The headrest was pressing the back of his shoulder even after he pull it all the way up.

I previously bought a Hyken mesh chair and had it for 3 years without issues (and sold it when I moved). I've had this new one for maybe a month. Day 1 the left arm rest broke. It's taken 20 days to get a replacement when I was told 5-7. On the same day I got the arm rest the mesh seat caved in. Customer support is professional friendly and quick to answer the phones. However I have no faith in the long-term viability of this chair.

Great chair for a fraction of the price.

Just assembled my Hyken chair in 25mins. Directions were easy to follow and this is well built. Time will tell how comfortable it is after a day of use but so far I'm impressed and feeling really smart that I didn't spend over $1 000 on a similar one.

Lumbar support

Lumbar support appears to be a little low even at its max height setting. Wish it would raise higher to the middle of the back. Also head rest needs to have a height adjustment on it. overall its comfortable. Just the little things that would make this chair fantastic at little cost.
