It's a great chair for the price but I had to completely rip away the sponge they put on the edge of the seat. It hurts the thighs after just 10 minutes. It was easy to remove; now it's MUCH better. I'd also prefer the seat to be a big longer and wider (I'm an average size) but it's still very comfortable. I like the back support. Plenty of tilt adjustment mechanisms. I wish we could adjust the depth of the head rest. It keeps the neck a bit too forward while leaning way back.

I will be returning the chair. It really is very uncomfortable to sit in unless you have it locked in to one position. If the chair is completely in upright position it puts your back in a forward leaning posture which also makes the headrest push your neck and forward even more.

The chair is very easy to assemble. Good quality overall but the curve of the seat part is a bit strange to me which give me too much support on the harm string. I would like the seat curve to be a bit milder even more flat so I may feel more comfortable.
