I ordered this chair on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning! Great delivery service!! The assembly wasn't too bad and only took about 25 minutes from un-packing until it was completed. The chair is really comfortable and all the adjustments work perfectly on it. If I had one minor complaint I wish I could adjust the back a little further away from the seat and make the seat length a bit longer which give more support under my legs closer to my knees (or just make the seat a little longer). I have been using this chair now for 2 weeks working 12-hr. days and really like it.
