At 6 feet tall the headrest was too short to be comfortable for me at any angle so I left it off. I like the chair otherwise. The only other issue I had was that one of the wheels was manufactured wrong and was incredibly difficult to insert into the chair base.
Needed an office chair for home during the Covid-19 work from home effort. I bought this online and was surprised it is almost as good as my $1000 chair I have at work. Very happy with my purchase.

Happy with the chair compares well to others that are far more expensive. The "in and out" adjustment on the arms requires a tool and is limited but for a single user that's a one time thing. I'm using this on a hardwood floor and while the rest of the chair is really solid the wheels are simply "cheap." In the past I've found those kind of wheels fail within a year and can be hard on a wooden on vinyl floor. In this case I went ahead and installed aftermarket "rollerblade" wheels made for an office chair soundless as well as easier moving. If you don't like "rollerblade" wheels there are urethane versions that look almost like the originals but last. Best part is comfort easy to sit in for long periods. One star off for the wheels.
The employee we bought this for is taller and the headrest is hitting him in the upper shoulder area and the lower neck area. He is not a complainer so he's keeping the chair because he can still lean back and it's useable. He may change his mind later.
