I sit for 3-8 hours a day in front of computers. The chair is comfortable and supports my back. Adjustments make the chair more comfortable over prolonged periods. Gave the old one away...NO MORE BACK PAIN!!!!

Great ergo no frills chair. Easy to order and arrived sooner than expected. Assembly was doable with only one person but one step would have been easier with two. Chair is perfect for me with arms at lowest. Since I'm short using a yoga pillow under my feet. Head rest is usable at lowest but a seat cushion tweaks it to my sweet spot. I would recommend this chair for those between 5' 2" and 5' 9.
