The neck rest was lodged in my shoulder-blades. It's designed for someone 5'4 at the most. Removed the headrest (which was a big part of why i bought it) and I can actually sit in it at least. But that's after the first one showed up broken and they sent two replacements

This office chair is comfortable offers support and is very easy to assemble. I gave it 4/5 because it's not the best chair I've ever sat in but it's definitely adequate for an desk chair.

Chair is really comfortable. I am 5’10”. The head rest hit me at the shoulders. Regretfully while installing the headrest one of 2 of the screws stripped. The height of the head rest was annoying so I removed it. Luckily the stripped screw pulled out without damaging the chair.

Chair is easy to assemble Quality is very good and shipping was super fast. I wish price was a bit cheaper but am glad bought this chair its feels very rugged and strong not to mention its comfortable.
