I originally had the cheapest chair on the market and this chair was difficult to get used to. Trust me when I say this I thought I wasted my money and I was disappointed for a few days. After a week I am very comfortable with this chair and I am getting more accustomed to it. The back rest can be adjusted along with a multitude of other things my overall posture is a lot better and this chair is breaking my bad habits. After you get acclimated with the small back rest and the head rest you'll learn to love this chair. I give it 5 stars it was a solid addition to my work space.

I am 5'10 tall and Hyken fits me better than the Dexley which is a bit too large. Very comfortable and the lumbar support is great. Build quality leaves a bit to be desired but given the price it is not a real complaint.

I have only had this chair for couple weeks and I like it so far. This was the comfiest chair I found on the market. I added the insurance just in case it was only $20 for 3 year coverage.
