It is very comfortable. The ergonomics on this chair is perfect. The employee I bought it for has sciatica nerve pain in his lower back. He has tossed out the pillow he sits on since having received the chair. The support is great he feels supported in the right areas of his body while sitting.

Headrest adustment

When I first reviewed this chair I read about the headrest discomfort for tall people. I am 5'11" and ran into the problem of the headrest hitting your shoulders when seated. I ran out to Lowe's and bought some Flat Washers 3/8" put 4 on each side between the chair back and the headrest. I think you will like the results!!

Not actually silver misleading title. Chair is very comfy though not as aesthetically pleasing as some other chairs like the tarance.
