why so many people like this chair? it's really not "easy assemble" and not comfortable to sit! the seat really fall back a lot make me almost falling down if I want to use the lumber support. I am disappointed about this purchase. if not lost my order number want a return for sure.
I really liked it in the beginning but after a few days the cushion in the front of the seat started to come apart and now im not sure how long itll last. I hope this gets resolved otherwise its a nice chair
Good comfortable chair. I've been using it for 10+ hours at a stretch (thanks coronavirus!) with no discomfort. Great back support. Head rest a little bit low for my taste (I'm 5'10") but that's probably just me. The seat has hard edges that took me a day or so to adjust to probably due to my previous chair having no such edges and allowing me to spread out without thinking.
Good Chair But BEWARE OF HEADREST FOR THOSE OVER 5'8+

Pros: It's completely mesh (back and bottom) which is great! It's definitely a good alternative vs. the more expensive fully mesh chairs. I would also say I am comfortable sitting in this chair (without head rest - explain later) for a long period of time. This is crucial during this WFH period because of Covid-19. I bought it retail but there's always a great sale on this chair. ALWAYS WAIT! Cons: The biggest con of this chair if you've done your research is the headrest. Anyone taller than 5'8+ will have the same annoying issue of the headrest digging into your shoulders... unless you slouch in your chair. Now there's a few hacks around this that will improve your experience. 1) get an attachment from a third party site and add your own headrest (ive seen some success with this method on YouTube. 2) Remove the headrest and use the chair without it - I know this is counter-intuitive but I really can't use the headrest anymore because it just hurts.
