I've had this chair for 2 years and its held up well. I find the back and neck supports very comfortable. I think it has the right amount of tilting. it follows my posture when sitting up and also allows me to stretch with my legs up. Only wear and tear has been the cushion in the front of the seat has detached and moves. I see another review mentioning the same issue. i reposition it once or twice a day. its annoying but not worth finding another chair. I have noticed since having the mesh bottom my legs are colder than before. My next chair will have a normal cushion seat.

I've had this chair for 4 years but this issue started within the first 2 years of purchase. There is a cushion underneath the front edge of the chair that has been giving me problems. It continuously slides out of place causing the back of my thighs to sit on plastic. I have to reach under the chair and pull in back in place several times a week. It seems to only be held in place by a couple of thin pieces of plastic that are not doing the job. I'm a frugal person but I'm finally fed up and going to get rid of the chair.

Headrest is awful - and I'm only 5'5"

Would be a great chair but the headrest is absolutely god awful. I'm only 5'5" and it hits the tops of my shoulder blades very uncomfortably. It can be tilted up but that angle doesn't make sense for anyone's neck. I don't think any of these "ergonomic" chairs are truly ergonomic. For comparison I've been using the Staples Rutherford chair for about 6 months (also awful leans back so far I may as well be in a La-z-boy). I bought this one bc it's upright and seemed better for my posture which is pretty good overall...I will stick with it for awhile but I may remove the headrest. Other than that the adjustability of the armrests is nice. Had trouble aligning those and screwing them in but not enough to affect use. The mesh is very scratchy - I would prob eventually get a cover for the seat part. It's a solid 3/5 chair. Glad I used points and got a massive discount it is not worth more than $100.

I really wanted to like this chair but the seat is not long enough and the headrest is next to useless. It's just not comfortable to sit in for more than an hour

I am very pleased I purchased this chair! I opted for the gray color and I think it is very attractive for a desk chair. Furthermore the assembly process was so easy! The company has done a great job breaking down the steps and packaging the supplies you need. All of the parts felt sturdy and well made. Once you have the chair put together it is a pleasure to use. I appreciatte the many ways you can customize the way it fits your body. Overall I think this product has been well thought out I would definitely again buy from the company that produces it the price I paid at Staples was a great deal and purchasing from Staples could not have been easier.
