Chair was easy enough to assemble with the instructions provided. The headrest if fine if you are a short person. I am 5'10" tall and with headrest fully extended the bottom grazes the back of my shoulders. I would hate to be a tall(er) person with this chair - would need to remove the headrest. Lumbar support is minimal and marginally adjustable. Chair is comfortable for what you pay but definitely not HumanScale quality.

Great Mesh Chair

Great chair very easy to assemble. Can't believe I waited this long to upgrade my office chair. The old one was leather and did not vent during calls I would get so sweaty and hot. Not with the Hyken mesh chair I can feel the air conditioning flowing through what a game changer!
