The Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair is very comfortable while working. The adjustable head rest provides the support when you wish to relax back and rest your neck. One feature I truly enjoy is the ability to "lock" the reclined position at any angle so easily. Once you find the perfect reclining spot for that particular moment simply push down the left lever and you're done! It's that simple! Adjusting the tension on the recline is an absolute must have. With the "mesh" design you don't sacrifice comfort. This chair also provides back support via its design. Highly recommend this chair!

Overall good chair for the money but if I were to do it all again I might spend more and get something even better. Have been using this chair for a week+. I sit in it 8 hours a day. I would not rave about the comfort but wouldn't complain about it either. All the adjustments listed are accurate but the ranges could be better. For example the headrest adjusts up and down but not by very much so for someone tall/short you may not be able to get an optimal position. It has tilt lock and also tilt resistance meaning if it's unlocked you can make it easier/harder to lean back. However I tightened it all the way down and it still is too easy for me to lean back than I would like.
