Chair was easy enough to assemble with the instructions provided. The headrest if fine if you are a short person. I am 5'10" tall and with headrest fully extended the bottom grazes the back of my shoulders. I would hate to be a tall(er) person with this chair - would need to remove the headrest. Lumbar support is minimal and marginally adjustable. Chair is comfortable for what you pay but definitely not HumanScale quality.

I purchased the chair for my girlfriend but I tried it out at the store. I thought the chair was very comfortable and I loved the head rest. The chair was shipped to her house and she's loved it. The only gripe was the chair didn't go as high to reach her high desk but other than that no complaints.

My growing teenager picked it out for the ergonomic design and the cool mesh because he gets hot easily. He put it together by himself and was already using it when I got home. He loves it but I noticed he ended up taking the head rest out - perhaps it's too high for his current 5'6" frame. Looks good and sturdy though!

We got this chair on sale and for the sale price it's a great chair!! The seat is very comfortable as well as the headrest. You can lean back and relax in it as well. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because the seat could be about an inch wider.

I’ve had this chair for about a week and am glad I bought it! The chair is comfortable and feels quite supportive. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wheels are a smidge harder to move than other chairs you may be used to. I imagine it’ll get easier to move the wheels as I use the chair more but something to consider if that’s important to you.
