A very well organized and thought out assembly process ... clear instructions and individually separated and color coded bolts. The chair is comfortable and sturdy. The only negative is the headrest does not adjust vertically and is not well positioned where it is; I cannot use the headrest. I do recommend this product.
I searched the internet went to a lot of stores sat in a lot of chairs and even tried/returned a couple. This chair is extremely comfortable even for long stints. The head rest is wonderful whether you’re leaning back or not. I love the adjustable arm rests they really help in conjunction with the chair height to keep your arms/wrists comfortable when using your mouse or typing. It’s also really neat that the backrest can be locked into place. I would like the chair to lean back more but I understand that could be a safety issue so I’ll let it slide. Really my only complaint would be that there was a sticker on the back of the chair that I believe was placed in the wrong spot it was very crinkled and said not to remove but it was an extreme eye sore. Once I removed it left a large amount of residue that took a very long time to remove. An unnecessary hassle however I bought the chair on sale so it’s okay. Overall great chair! Would recommend and purchase again.
The chair itself is very comfortable. It's lightweight and moves around easily. The armrests are pretty firm but have a little bit of cushioning. My only complaint is the headrest. It can be adjusted up/down and rotated but even at its highest setting it is too low for anyone taller than probably 5' 8" unless you are reclining in the chair. There is a modification you can make to the headrest to bring it up another inch or 2 but it's not easy: you have to unscrew the bracket that's connected to the back of the headrest and flip it upside down (change it from a smiley face to a frown). To do so you have to unscrew 2 screws that are behind the mesh and the only way I was able to do it was to stick a narrow screwdriver through one of the holes in the mesh. Truth be told you don't even really use a headrest for normal office chair use and you can choose to not install it at all.
