I don't consider myself too tall 6'3" but if if you are over 6 feet tall this chair is too small. The headrest/neck support pushes my upper back. I removed it instead of returning the whole chair but I almost wish I could have returned it. If I were shorter this chair would be amazing.

Comfortable chair. The head rest is nice in the reclining position but in the way when the chair is in the upright position. I would have given 5 stars if the head rest flipped back behind the chair back rest. The head rest is removable held by two allen head screws.

Material is very comfortable. Strong design. Good ergonomically. Only wish that the arm rests could be adjusted outward so I didnt have to sit with my elbows at my torso. Also I wish the seat went back farther. Other than those two things great chair

If you're shorter than 5'4" the neck rest (non adjustable) may sit awkwardly on the back of your head. If you don't mind it's a very comfy chair for long days of sitting at a desk. After using for a week I'm already seeing an improvement in hip problems I was having from sitting on a stiffer chair. Assembly was easy to do.
