Overall great quality. The only issue was that the head rest seemed to low and it rested on my shoulder blades when siting in an upright position (I'm 6ft tall). I ended up removing it and now it's great but it would be 5 star if I could've kept the head rest on.

This was the most comfortable and compact chair I tried at Staples. I'm 5'8". The other gaming and leather chairs are too wide for my desk. Delivery was the next business day. Assembly took me about 30 minutes...10 of those minutes spent unboxing/unwrapping.

It’s a comfortable chair fairly easy to adjust. Assembly was a snap although it took me a couple extra minutes to attach the headrest without someone to hold it in place.

If headrest had been adjustable in height to a greater degree I may have been able to use it. As it is that part had to be put aside which makes the chair a functional but not complete package compared to the whole I was imagining when I bought it.

Some staples came loose upon the first few days
