I needed an ergonomic chair for working from home now. My old chair ruined my back and now have lower spine and leg issues which made it painful to walk. This chair was a lifesaver for me especially having a lumbar support. It's very comfortable and fits me right. I highly recommend this chair!

Working remotely has it's challenges; comfort should not be one of them! My Ergonomist from work recommended this chair. I was a bit skeptical because I had already ordered another. He said it is comparable to what we have at the workplace. I believed him made the purchase and DO NOT REGRET IT!! The hand rests are adjustable and the size is perfect for someone of smaller stature such as me - 5' 135lbs. The head rest does not get in the way and the chair reclines. I LOVE IT.

It has everything we wanted in a home office chair--as the headline says. Assembly was challenging but well-directed and finally easy for two old-timers. The only drawback is the head-rest fixed and unforgiving (and me with a bad neck) so I finally removed it. All in all a bit pricey but a good product. We'll keep it.

Now that I am working from home and doing online school I needed a chair that would be comfortable 7 days a week and for 8-12 hours because ideally thats how long I spend on my desk. I am 5'10 and the chair is perfect the height can be adjustable the handles adjust the neck rest adjusts and the back adjusts as well. I think it was worth the buy especially since the future of "at home working" is unknown.

The chair is narrow the seat is short in length and the headrest hits the middle of my shoulders on the highest setting. I'm only 6' so this is best suited for people less than 5'6".

Worst design ever for anyone over 6'

Waited about 2 weeks for this chair assembly was easy enough and pretty self-explanatory. Once fully assembled I finally sat down to then realize that my shoulders touch the headrest when sitting upright. My head sticks out about 6" over the headrest and you can't actually move the headrest up or down vertically. So my shoulders touch the headrest where my neck should. Super uncomfortable. I'm 6'2" so taller than most but definitely not out of the ordinary. You can move the headrest to different positions but it does not actually change the height (by much). I could just take the headrest off but then why would I buy this particular chair? I'm returning it and getting something that is not so poorly designed.

The chair has an odd smell chemical smell that lasted almost a week. The mesh on the seat is very rough and not as comfortable as I was expecting given the pricepoint.
