Assembly found a design flaw: screw holes for headrest were impaired by the hard plastic casing. Can't get the scews into the screw receptacle. Chair is fine especially the adjustable armrests. I would recommend.

In general the chair is very comfortable but for people a little big taller like 5’11 and up high of the neck is a little bit shorter to put your neck. The rest is all good.

The chair is easy to assemble but I also meet the problem of not lying down due to the short distance between the back and the bottom of the chair. Make sure to leave some room between them.

Wow. This chair is very supportive in all the right places and it looks great too. My old chair was literally an "L" with wheels - good riddance! If you get this chair your boss will love you because you won't want to ever leave your desk.
