My husband loves this chair so when I needed a new one I bought the same. Gave me spasms. I am 5’3”. Lumbar support is too rigid and the bottom edge is too harsh. If you don’t like the Aeron you won’t like this. Of course the problems ended up taking more than the 14 days and I missed my window to return it. Plus how was I supposed to take it apart and carry the enormous box back to the store for the return?

This chair is so comfortable and breathable; my main complaints about sitting for long periods! The headrest doesn’t adjust so if you’re tall it hits at your neck which isn’t the greatest but I can’t bring myself to complain about that when the rest of the chair feels and looks so good.
