I am 5' 5" tall. I needed to invest in a quality chair for sitting more than 6-8 hours in a day. In this chair you are floating in mesh and not compressing your capillaries and back of leg arteries. I have had no cold feet after sitting for a period of time for this compression. I do use an added lumbar pillow though. The neck rest comes in at the right spot so is if use. I do recommend this middle range cost chair.

Good chair but not great for short people

I really like this chair. It's comfortable and it leans back a perfect amount for me. However one thing I dislike and the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it doesn't go low enough. I'm 5'5" which is not even particular short for a woman but my feet BARELY touch the ground. If I lean back they are several inches off the ground so I have to use yoga blocks as a foot rest. If you're any shorter than 5'5" I would recommend not getting this chair.

This chair is well made in all its features. The Meah seating is especially welcome in warm muggy weather. Assembly was very easy with the single tool — an Allen wrench — which was supplied alongg with very clear instructions and clearly labeled parts. I bought a second chair because I like it so much. And I cannot believe that it cost so little.
