Chair is stable and comfortable. Very easy to assemble. The head rest is not adjustable up and down so it doesn't quite fit my tall frame from the neck up. Everything else is great!

When I tried this chair at a Staples store it was super comfortable and the seat had a nice “bounce” to it. When I received this chair after purchasing online and assembling it it did not have that same “bounce” and the seat also wasn’t as far back as it was at the store (I thought in-person I had more of a seat length than mine does now). I am sure I bought the same chair but it’s tricky because what the tag in store labels this chair and what the website labels this chair is different so I tried to use whatever numbers would match. This chair is fine for I would say up to 5 hours of straight sitting and then I need to stretch but I would not say upto 8 - 10 as indicated. The tilt and head rest are very comfortable too. The arm rests only adjust up and down and do not swivel side to side. I will say it was easy to assemble; parts were clearly marked and packaged and the instructions had clear illustrations.

The computer chair that I was using was causing lower back pain since using this chair it has really helped my lower back. The only problem I had was the headrest The headrest would hit my shoulders so I had to remove it.

Helps you sit ergonomically upright. Comfortable with breathable mesh to keep body temperature from not going up. Closest chair to Herman Miller Aeron chair. Only issue is that headrest touches neck instead of back of head. It appears to be designed for someone between 5 feet to 5-9 inches. So i just ended up removing the headrest. Rest of the chair is great.

Great Office Chair

I had the older version of this chair and it was great. Problem started when the gas lift would not stay up and eventually it broke. Bought the new one and it seems slightly better then the old one. Better fitment overall.
