It arrived in great shape easy assembly and off he goes back to work. My husband seems to be enjoying his office chair so far. Hopefully this holds up replaced a high back leather office chair that really didn't hold up to 5 days a week for 2 yrs.
This chair is a pretty decent chair however much like everyone hre there are a few awkward design choices with it. First and foremost the chair's headrest is practically unusable. The angles are terrible. Secondlly as people have mentioned the mesh seat dips after months of use causing your butt to sink at a weird angle. Lastly and the big one for me is that the lumbar support of the back needs to be tapped/glued to hold its height adjustment. It's a good concept where you can adjust the height of it to your needs but the piece itself has popped off and won't stay put. It dangles towards the back mesh and is terribly uncomfortable. Unfortunately with the way the chair is angled removing this makes it even more uncomfortable. For the money this chair isn't worth it and I wouldn't recommend it if you're working from home/have prolonged use out of it
I think the chair is good enough for now. I like the color mesh it's probably not best ergonomical choice or for shorter people. I'm 5'3" and I wish there were more adjustments I can make. It doesn't go up very high the arm rests do not go up or adjust in height and same with the head rest. The arm rests annoyingly hit the desk right where i need everything positioned. Doesn't adjust as much as I wish. I will have to put a foot rest to reach the floor and a seat and lumbar cushion to add height and comfort to it. Which I would have done anyway since i sit all day on the shorter side and need more ergonomic features.
Great lumbar support and all around comfort. Good quality for cost.

A decent general office chair but not great for ergonomics. Yes it is comfortable for those who it fits but it lacks many adjustable pieces which makes it uncomfortable for others especially anyone who is tall/large. The headrest is unusable for me even at it's highest setting. I will have to take it off entirely because it is constantly pressing against my shoulders. The arm rests move up and down but do not move forwards/backwards or out further to the sides. This makes the seat very narrow. The seat also does not adjust forward/backwards. Overall a decent chair that is comfortable enough to sit in but I am not convinced it is a good ergonomic option for full time use.

Received my shipment yesterday and started to construct the chair. I would give this zero star if possible. suspect plastic quality cracked and broken that would not have survived my effort to put the chair together. I can’t imagine how Staples would even consider selling this to their customers wasting our time and effort. Deeply disappointed.
