I needed a new chair for my home office space and had been looking online and reading reviews for so many different chairs. When I saw this one I read all the features and then the reviews and took a chance on it... I'm so glad I did! Not only is it very affordable but it's perfect for me. I love the lumbar support and headrest. The arms are adjustable and can even be removed if desired. The chair back does not sink back when leaning and provides plenty of support. The seat cushion is not too thin but not bulky either. Assembly was very straight forward and easy to do. I'm sitting on it for close to 9 hrs a day and do not feel any discomfort at all. My son has tried it out and now wants one for his room so looks like I'll be placing another order.

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. Love how the screws were separated into pouches for each step. Good amount of adjustability and the chair reclines a pretty good way back. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the headrest doesn't go high enough so it can dig into my shoulders if I am sitting upright. I'm only 5'7" so I imagine for anyone taller the headrest may be unusable.

I got this chair after the cushion in wore out in my old one. I've been using this one for about a month.I wanted a mesh chair because of air flow. It is much cooler on my back but the real benefit of this chair is the bottom. In a regular chair if you sit for long periods the cushion goes flat and you're sitting on hard plastic or metal with this chair there is no hard plastic or metal underneath where you sit no cushion to go flat.Cons:-You can't adjust the height of the head rest. I'm 6' even and it works perfectly for me but I can see others having issues- It's narrower than my other chair. My wife has wider hips and would never be able to use this chair. I don't have an issue but again others might.

I've been using this at my office for about 4 years now. I'm 5'11" and my shoulders barely touch the bottom of the headrest but it didn't bother me after a few days. Beyond that I have zero complaints. Liked it so much I bought the same chair for my mom.
