Package arrived box containing Chair was in deplorable condition and left on porch by delivery persons without any notice to me as a customer. Made necessary phone calls to correct the sitution and was finally assisted at the local Staples store . We already own two of these exact chairs and my Grandson asked for one for Christmas so this was an intended Christmas gift. LOVE the Chair not so happy with the DELIVERY. Thank You

Great Chair...Exceeded expectations

I am compelled to write a review as a consequence of my unremitted love that I harbor towards this fantastic chair. I give it 10/10 on all aspects and highly recommend. Im sure you will "chair" these thoughts with me too once you have experienced the pleasure of the Staples Hyken chair.

Chair was great and fairly easy to setup. The only thing I don't like is the headrest I'm short (5'4") and the headrest just isn't comfy for me. So over time I'll eventually remove it. Besides that its a great chair great value. Love having all the adjustments.

I'm 6'2" and if I sit up straight in the chair the headrest hits me in the shoulder blades. If the headrest just had a few inches of vertical adjustment this would be a great chair. Instructions are good. PArts are well laid out easy assemble in 15 min. with allen key. Seems well made but I have to slouch to fit in the chair if I choose to leave the headrest on.
