After testing all the office chairs at Staples a sales person recommend this Hyken Mesh chair fo rthe best back and neck support. I love it. Also the assembly instructions parts tool and packaging of parts was FANTASTIC!!!! and made it easy to put together.

Chair was delivered free within 2 days easy to assemble with well organized packaging. First thing i noticed were the easy rolling casters and very comfortable seat. I would reccomend for anyone wanting a comfortable and affordable office chair. The lack of back height adjustability is not noticed due to the mesh comfort and adjustable lumbar

Ok the chair itself is super comfortable. However the non-adjustable headrest is clearly designed for Munchkins. Seriously. It might work if you are 5'5" or so. But not if you are over 6 feet. I realize that I am above average at 6'3" but the headrest is between my shoulder blades with no way to raise it up. Hand to remove the thing just to use the chair. What the heck?? This chair was clearly designed by a vertically-challenged (whether they identify as so or not) person who lives in a very small box. And I picked this chair because of the headrest. Sigh. So if youre over 5'9" then find a different chair.
