Not too bad to put together and comfortable especially at this price point. The first one that was shipped was broken but Staples sent another quickly. I didn't have much hope for it as the box was battered and torn and a bit open and delivered upside down but except for a small scratch the chair was fine. A bit of an off gas odor that we hope will dissipate soon. It's not a huge chair which is nice as we're not huge people.

It was only a little challenging to put together and there weren't too many pieces. It is very comfortable and adjustable. I use it to work from home and this was worth it. My back is feeling so much better with this chair. I recommend this product very highly.
