There was a discrepancy with my initial order. Some confusion as to the color I requested. Got that all settled after having to cancel return and reorder. As for the chair it's sturdy comfortable has pretty decent lumbar support and overall seems like a good deal. I would have preferred that it lean back further. Other than that I'm happy for now.
I left this chair at my old workplace and immediately regretted it. After months of discomfort and increasing lower back pain (and not remembering what it was called) I found it — and lo and behold it was on sale. I bought it immediately and it was shipped promptly. Packaging was surprisingly easy to deal with and the assembly instructions were a breeze. Lower back is now happy and I don't really care if it gets reimbursed or not cause it's worth every penny. Only flaw is the neck rest sits a tad low and sometimes hits my shoulders but it's not worth losing a star over.
Very Comfortable supports in all the right places for me!

I have had this chair less than a month and I really do like it. It's the most comfortable chair I have ever had! It supports you in all the right places. We have these chairs at my work so I wanted it for my home office since I work remote. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the minor flaw on the seat. It arrived with two broken strands used on the seat cover it appears something sharp inadvertently hit there and cut them (I did not use a knife or box cutters to open the package). I didn't notice it when it was put together as it's very hard to see due to the seat pattern. It doesn't seem to affect the overall integrity of the chair and it doesn't appear to have gotten worse. Overall I would definitely recommend this chair just check it over before assembly.
Its quite comfortable but I sense if I was much larger than a 115 lb woman it would be too small for me. With arms on it the seat is quite narrow. I happened to take the arms off due to them hitting a bar under my desk but a more ample seated person might find this tight. However I do appreciate the ability to remove the arms. I have noticed some industrial staples creeping their way out from where they must be attached between the seat material and the hard plastic frame of the seat. Im hoping they were just excessive overspray of the staple gun and not actual useful as I’ve had to pull them out for fear of injury. All in all this is a good chair and everyone that sits in it wants one. The head/neck rest is the reason I bought it and that has not disappointed.
Administrative assistant chair purchased for staff. She says it is extremely comfortable and supportive. She has back issues and this chair stops the pain.
I've had several PC chairs the ikea markus a dxracer a slew of chairs from office supply places. I just can't bring myself to spring for a herman miller. I sit in steelcase and herman miller chairs at work....But this chair... this chair is pretty great. The seat is mesh which keeps ya butt from sweatin. If you're over 6ft tall though you're going to want to do the headrest mod it's super easy you basically just reverse the headrest as it ships take the screws out and turn it upside down. It makes a world of difference. Overall I'm super pleased good chair for the money probably my most favorite one I owned. Only complaint is I wish the armrests adjusted width wise.
