I have terrible back and hip issues and finding a chair that's comfortable and supportive is difficult. Padding never seems to be adequate so I looked to a mesh seat and back. I've had this chair for about 2 weeks now and sitting in it all day all week is not at all painful. I'm about 5'3" and plus size. This chair is sized just right which means my feet touch the floor (which can be a problem at times) the seat is comfortable the arms are perfectly adjustable and the head rest is perfectly positioned for me. I can see why a taller person might have issues with the head rest but I think it's great. Over all I highly recommend this chair if you need something to support you all day and all week.

Cool breathable chair but the lumber support is terrible!! I had to leave the headrest off because it pushed my head and neck forward. The lumber support makes this the most uncomfortable chair I've ever used and it can't be adjusted only slid up or down an inch or two. Giving me pain and back spasms!!

I love this chair. I had a nice plush executive style leather chair before but when I started having back issues I needed a different type of chair. While not as fancy looking this chair was great for my back. It provides comfortable and even support all the way down my back.
