For reference I'm 5'7 130 lbs. This chair fits me perfectly and it's very comfortable. I usually keep the tilt unlocked throughout the day for the long hours I'm at my desk unless I'm doing a lot of typing. This is much much better than the gaming style chair I mistakenly thought would be comfortable. The only complaint I have is sometimes my butt gets sore but still the mesh is better than a skimpy cushion on chairs of the same price. So if you have a bony butt like me maybe get a thin cushion. To be fair this happens when I sit longer than 8 hrs in this chair. Don't hesitate to buy this chair if you are an average to small framed female or a teenager. I can't speak for larger people. I feel properly supported and the seat kind of holds you in and makes it easy to have the correct sitting posture. Get this chair.

Sat in the chair at the store. Felt good supportive and of good quality. Bought one on line. Surprised to find that it was delivered early. Easy to put together. Good support of neck back and lumbar region. Hard to know how it will work over time but I’d probably buy this chair again.

I bought this chair after trying a friend's and did not regret it. It's very adjustable and very comfortable which is what I need since I do a lot of sitting. I sold my original purchase when I moved across the country and bought a brand new one immediately. I like how cooling the mesh is how much lumbar support there is and that there is neck support. A couple of weeks in a tiny piece of the mesh broke and was poking me but I clipped it with nail clippers and had no further issues.
