Chair itself is comfortable but the neck piece is not adjustable so it hit my upper back and not my neck I am 5’9 so not that tall. I ended up removing the neck piece did not feel like returning it since at least the chair is comfortable.
The rest of the chair is great but I am tallish (6'2") and have a long torso. The head rest hits my shoulders and I cannot sit properly. I have taken the head rest off and use it without it.
Uncomfortable for me. I am 6' 1" and as I write this I feel the loss of blood circulation in my legs from the seat front and where it makes contact with the back of my thighs. I have to slouch in the chair to find leg comfort which in turn adds pressure to my lower back. I had higher hopes that this new desk chair would provide lower back relief but if you are a tall person this chair may not be for you. It is very narrow the seat feels much to shallow the arm rests (also very narrow) adjust only up and down and I think the head rest is pointless. I will be returning to store and trying something different.
This is quite a nice chair. I was using a cheaper pleather desk chair and had some mild lower back pain. The lumbar support on this chair makes a noticeable difference in how I feel. Overall the chair is comfortable. The mesh is very breathable which will be nice in the summer. I have a few things that I would have liked to have in this chair. One would be a headrest that sits just a little higher. Sometimes I feel that it is too low even when lifted all the way up. I'm about 5"7. I also wish that there was finer control in the reclining. I like to have a very straight-backed chair and this one angles ever so slightly on the straightest setting. The wheels work well on the carpet. It reclines quite far. It's fare more comfortable than any chair I've had at my home desk before. I recommend this chair.
