I experienced a pretty severe tailbone injury in my late 20s. I am now in my mid 40s and it pretty much hurts to sit for long periods of time. I can sit in this chair all day without it making my tailbone sore. I am quite short (barely 5'1") and the chair is just right for me. If you are tall the curved areas of the back may not hit you in the right places. If you are tall try it out in the store before you commit to buying it.

Now that I'm working from home a lot more I wanted something much more supportive and comfortable. I love mesh chairs- this one is really comfortable and hot at all to sit at for long hours. The head rest is great. It has good lumbar support and I really like the adjustments you can make. It leans but not to much and provides some good resistance so you aren't falling backward. LOVE this chair!

Chair itself is comfortable but the neck piece is not adjustable so it hit my upper back and not my neck I am 5’9 so not that tall. I ended up removing the neck piece did not feel like returning it since at least the chair is comfortable.
