It's no Herman Miller Aeron but it isn't bad for the money. Bought 3 of these for my home-office two for my GF and one for myself. She didn't have any trouble with hers but I found the lumbar support to be completely uncomfortable. I had to partially disassemble the back-rest to remove the lumbar support entirely but it's good now. If you do decide the lumbar is uncomfortable I recommend removing the back from the chair first before trying to remove the plastic guard. I played hell getting those screws out while it was still attached.
