This is a very comfortable cool ergonically sound chair. It moves with me and adjusts for more chair sitting than I wish was needed. This is my second Hyken chair. I liked the red one in my office so well that I purchased a grey one for my home office. Assembly was easy for this 78 year old woman on both chairs. The included Allen wrench (for tightening screws) was the only tool needed. I like the way that it moves freely with my natural body movement rather than setting barriers and limits.

The seat is very hard and uncomfortable. My back and bottom are hurting after spending about 8-9 hour days working with this chair. That is with standing for a few minutes every hour at least and stepping away for an hour lunch every day. I have been very disappointed by the comfort level of this chair.

3.5 stars. Headrest doesn't fit if you're over 6'

Generally a pretty good chair. I have an Aeron at work and this is maybe 2/3 the quality for 1/4 the price. Good for covid work at home. The headrest though digs into my neck it adjusts but even at the highest setting. I have had to take it off. Otherwise decent time will tell. If I'd paid full price I would've rated it lower but at the sale price with a coupon it was a fairly good deal.

I had gotten one of these 3 years ago for my office at work. I have loved it and did not regret it. I recently upgraded my home office and immediately wanted the chair I have at work. It came just the same and now I’m enjoying the comfort of working from home. I work mostly at a desk on average 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
