This chair assembles easily and is well constructed for wear and tear. I have worked used the Herman Miller Aeron chairs for nearly 16 years. It feels good and close to the Aeron quality. The open-fabric breathes well and the lumbar support is excellent with adjustments available. I was surprised to get so good of a chair at a favorable price point.
