I've used the chair for about a week now and it is very comfortable. It was easy to put together. It took me about 45 minutes working alone. The only complaint I have so far is the loose arms. It's not something I can fix. I tightened up everywhere I could and I still have a bit a of a rattle on them.

This chair is well worth the money. I wont say that it's not expensive because everyone's financial situation is different but the chair is comfortable. I love the back support and the head support. I easily sit on it for about 12 hours a day. To give more insight I am currently at 221lbs and I have no issues in it. It was easy to assemble as well. Hope this helps someone.

My family purchased this as both a birthday and COVID gift for me as I have been working from home. It is a definite positive upgrade from my prior chair providing good support comfort and breathability. The adjustments work well for height tilt lock/resistance arm rest height lumbar and the head rest. Look forward to getting many years from this chair. Quite pleased after these first two weeks. On the downside there were a few defects in the finish and edges found during assembly. Nothing large enough to warrant the hassle of a return or exchange...just enough to notice and be annoyed. Poor attention to manufacturing details such as these makes one wonder about the longer term durability. Hoping the stitching and mesh hold up well and that I don't have to use the 7 year warranty for repairs or replacement.

First the chair came well packed and arrived the day after it was ordered as promised. The assembly instructions were easy to follow assembly was straightforward and a hex was provided for assembly. My initial impression of the chair was quite good but after sitting in the chair it became apparent there were a few issues. One was that the lower edge of the head rest at its highest position hit me squarely on top of my shoulder blades (I’m 6’ 1”). There are only 3 discrete locked seat back positions. And finally someone else had mentioned this the mesh in the seat sags after sustained seating (I weigh 210lbs). It does not remain that way if you are out of the seat for 45 minutes or so it will recover. Thus my rating of ‘ok’. It does serve its purpose just not entirely to my liking.

Good quality chair - same as what was observed / tested / chosen on the Staples showroom floor. The seat and back allow good flex which for me helps manage / mitigate pain in my lower back and tailbone regions. Headrest is attached in place but can be tilted it's location is comfortable if I want to lean my head all the way back / rest my head and neck.
