First week of owning this chair and there are staples coming out of the mesh seat. One already came out and I am afraid it will start ripping now....yes staples...the irony.
I haveonly had the chair for a week and it is league better than my old stackable chair I used to used for more than 4 years. Building it was really easy 20 or so minutes Presentation is really nice It's really comfortable The only problem I have is that you have to sit in the chair with your entire body against it's back to not get a small muscle pain. It is most likely a me problem with my body but it's still a rocking good chair
I am 5'-11" and 210 lbs. Easy assembly. Well written instructions (included or online). Purchased this chair 4 two reasons: 1-Lumbar support 2- Head support. This chair rolls very smoothly on mat. Very comfortable! Headrest is wonderful. Lumbar support is wonderful. I spend 8-10 comfortable hours a day in this chair. Lots of bang for the buck. No regrets buying this chair!
I LOVE this chair. I have had back pain sitting in a variety of chairs over the last few years. I roll this chair from my desk to the kitchen table because it is so comfortable. I have no pain sitting in it. It is easily adjustable in many dimensions- and the controls are in different places so you don’t get confused. My last chair had levers next to each other and I had to turn the chair upside down to look at the diagrams to figure things out. There is a damaged piece (part cracked off) that does not effect the function. I haven’t yet written to Staples about it to see what they will do. I’m assuming they will make this right.
