The overall chair is very nice and I’ve had a number of chairs similar to this mesh chair however the biggest complaint I have is that the headrest is just a little too low. I am about 6’3” and when I lean back the headrest hits my shoulders and there are very few if any adjustments you can make to move this headrest up (it just pivots). So if you’re over 6 foot tall and you want to lean back in this chair the headrest will dig into the tops of your shoulders/bottom of neck. Not comfortable in that seating position but if you’re actively working leaning forward the headrest does not come into play or cause problems.
I generally like this chair - better for posture comfortable benefits of sturdy mesh construction. There are a few considerations before you buy. I’m 6’2” and had to remove the head rest as it rubbed agains my shoulders regardless of the setting. The recline tension was sufficient but I would prefer to add more tension without locking the seat in place (I have tension on highest setting). Otherwise I like the chair but if I were to do it again would order something else.
Needed an office chair for home during the Covid-19 work from home effort. I bought this online and was surprised it is almost as good as my $1000 chair I have at work. Very happy with my purchase.
Bought this chair for my wife as she’s one of many working from home these days. She says it’s quite comfortable and like it very much. She would recommend it.
This chair lives up to its expectations. It is made of a very comfortable and breathable mesh material it is supportive in the lumbar back seat and head and it’s a well built chair. Would recommend.
Great chair but needs a bit of work for tall people

Like most recent reviewers I have been forced to work from home the past couple of months. My old desk chair was "okay" for a few hours but I started to get back pain and it got progressively worse. I decided to give the Hyken a try based on the reviews. It is great with the exception of the headrest which was way too low for my 6'4" /220 lbs frame. There's a mod online that involves reversing the bracket holding the headrest; that gave it another inch of height or so but still not enough. So I had to fabricate a custom bracket from stacked lexan sheets which finally brought the headrest in the right position. I wish Staples would include a bracket like this or sell one separately for a few bucks. That would make this product perfect.
