Don't bother installing headrest as it is way too low for an adult. Found a website hack that tells you how to install it several inches higher up. Not recommended by manufacturer but it makes the chair into a five star
The ability to customize the slant height and lumbar makes this chair a great option for anyone with back issues. Solid components and easy to put together!
This chair provides neck and lumbar support where I need it. I am five foot two inches tall and weigh 100 pounds. I suffer from tension headaches caused by issues with my neck and upper back muscles. This chair was specifically recommended during an ergonomic evaluation by a nurse at my work. I have been using it for two months now and live it. I have recommended this chair to multiple people. My sister has already purchased the chair but has not used it long enough to have an opinion yet.
It's been about a week and a half since I got the chair and the mesh part of the seat is already coming loose as if it was not stapled down correctly. The lumbar support is OK it could project out a little more to be better. The headrest is good and the controls for the tilt are nice. The chair looks nice it's just the quick sagging of the mesh seat that's a little dissapointing for this price and $50 for warranty seems a little pricey.
Best chair best support best price best and can get it on best sale.

I tried this in person at Staples and it's the best one in their offerings. Good option if you're not willing to dish out $500+ for an Aeron. The head rest adjustments are good the arm rest height adjustments are decent and the tilt options are great. The mesh material is high quality. Only complaints: 1. the rolling pins are not very smooth and can get stuck easily on carpet and 2. the arm rests are a bit uncomfortable on the elbows. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took ~20mins.
