I am 5'4" and it was a little too tall at its shortest setting. I absolutely loved all the features of this chair but I've got a bunch of injuries so everything needs to be perfect. The headrest also jutted forward a little too much so I had kept it off. if I were taller I would have kept it

I've had this chair for 2 weeks now and it's very comfortable! I used to have a fabric chair the mesh breaths better and keeps me cool. This was very easy to assemble. Love the recline feature and headrest to sit back and stretch now and then.
