My wife and I bought 2 for ourselves and really liked them. Then our adult sons separately both bought them after seeing our. Adjustments are easy and you can find a good supportive position. Or change it later. We are a tall family - 5'9" and over 6' and these work for us. Simple to assemble. One small gripe - the headrest sits too far forward so it pushes you into an annoying position. So headrests have been removed on all 4 chairs.
Impossible to use for anyone even close to 6ft tall or taller. I am 6'2" and it just grinds into my neck and traps all day. I have to slouch a few inches or lean all the way back at an angle for it to work at all on the "tallest" setting. I am very surprised at this design flaw and how it isn't addressed anywhere or mentioned in any way. It's unfortunate because I had already had a bad experienced and Staples customer service did an awesome job. Now to have it all been a waste of time because this has to go back is a fitting way to end this experience I suppose... Don't see any reason why I would consider another Staples product.
The chair is very comfortable and I am pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this chair to others. In fact this chair is the third one we have in the house. Of minor note there were certain bolts which were difficult to attach using the enclosed allen wrench due to the location of the bolts. While most bolts could be attached using the short end of the wrench some had to be attached using the long end. It was harder to grip the wrench for those bolts. Also the metal plates used to attached the arm rests to the base do not lie flush with the base plate even when fully screwed in. Perhaps the pre-drilled screw holes were slightly off. The arm rests are secure nevertheless.
My previous chair was still comfortable but not in the best shape. One of the office chairs was replaced with a mesh chair a few years ago. I like the feel of it so I decided to get one for home. This is a little more extravagant than the one at work but I deserve it.
Great chair. Had some bad back problems prior to getting this chair. Wfh is much more bearable

Generally a pretty good chair. I have an Aeron at work and this is maybe 2/3 the quality for 1/4 the price. Good for covid work at home. The headrest though digs into my neck it adjusts but even at the highest setting. I have had to take it off. Otherwise decent time will tell. If I'd paid full price I would've rated it lower but at the sale price with a coupon it was a fairly good deal.
