This chair provides neck and lumbar support where I need it. I am five foot two inches tall and weigh 100 pounds. I suffer from tension headaches caused by issues with my neck and upper back muscles. This chair was specifically recommended during an ergonomic evaluation by a nurse at my work. I have been using it for two months now and live it. I have recommended this chair to multiple people. The chair is very uncomfortable. The mesh is not soft mesh and does not give. Also the lumbar support is broken. It will constantly move down when you sit in it and will not stay in the place you place it in. I plan on taking it back.
