Chair parts and mesh material appear to be sturdy and well-built. Instructions were sufficiently clear - chair assembled in 20 minutes. Will be interesting to see if this stands the test of time.

I love the chair! I am actually glad that Staples did not have the one single mesh chair they were displaying in stock. Having hot flashes I need a mesh chair! Vinyl and Leather are just not hot flash friendly. I went online once I got home and found this chair which also has the headrest - BONUS!!! Also the chair is quiet which is such a plus with countless virtual meeting! The way it reclines is smooth and so nice to relieve my aches and pains. IT is a controlled recline supporting me as I lean back and as I sit up again. The soft track casters-which are needed for hard surface floors do not come with the chair and were quite expensive $66.00 which included tax - they shipped for free.

Was not very difficult to assemble. I would have liked adjustable lumbar and arms but those features increase the price quite a bit. The lumbar support is nice. Would just like to be able to adjust it just a bit. Head rest is perfect. The seat tension adjustment does not seem to work so well. No matter how much I turn it in the tighten direction when I lean back the chair still goes all the way back. Made in CHYNA. Unavoidable sadly. I wish we would make stuff in America again.
