I was not convinced about this chair because of the headrest. I just couldn’t understand the need for a headrest. However it’s a great chair and has great lumbar support and I actually lean back so I’m using the headrest. I highly recommend this chair. It’s slightly complicated to put together and heavier than anticipated but worth it.
