The installation was straightforward. All parts fit nicely together. Adjustment of height and tilt is good. Only issue I have is every so often when you sit down on it the chair sinks and you have re-adjust the height. It's not happening as often as my old chair before ended up replacing the cylinder.
The lumbar support pokes your kidneys and or tailbone and cannot be raised high enough. It ended up causing me severe lower back pain after a couple weeks. Also the headrest digs into your shoulders and cannot be raised. This will be the case for anyone 5’10”+. And to top it all off when I logged in to return the chair it was one day too late (day 15). So looks like I’m stuck with it. Buy something better.

Poor Quality Control

I had to buy the chair three times. First time because of a manufacturer's defect the seatback wouldn't screw in properly. Second time the screws for Step 2 were left out entirely. Third time I had all the necessary things to built it but the chair doesn't feel as comfortable and sturdy as my brother's Hyken which feels much better even though they're the exact same chair. I'm not hopeful that it'll last long. $120-150 is still too much for something this inconsistent in quality.
This chair is extremely comfortable and worth the price. This has helped to make a big difference in my neck pain and is easily adjustable to many comfort levels.
