Customer Reviews for Staples - Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair - Charcoal Gray

Chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. Love how the screws were separated into pouches for each step. Good amount of adjustability and the chair reclines a pretty good way back. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the headrest doesn't go high enough so it can dig into my shoulders if I am sitting upright. I'm only 5'7" so I imagine for anyone taller the headrest may be unusable.

Love this chair and love the charcoal gray color. The ergo on the chair makes it easy to adjust to any body style. Do to COVID-19 I have been working from home 10-hours a day. The Hyken makes it a lot easier to sit at the computer and participate in all the Zoom meetings. Thanks to all the reviews for helping me make the right decision after trying 8 different chairs.

It is a great chair for long hours. Overpriced (probably due to high WFH demand during COVID)

Only have chair one week but appears just as sturdy and ergonomic as the $1000 chair in my office.

Working from home 10 hours at a time and this chair is definitely keeping me comfortable. It’s better than I imagined from the online description. This was a good purchase.

Comfy and easy to put together. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because I didn't have all the correct screws that I needed. The package came with too many of one and not enough of the other but fortunately they were close enough to the same size that I made it work.
