Easy to assemble and very comfortable. We didn't want to spend a fortune on a home office chair but needed the features of some of the high priced chairs on the market. Comfortable seat good lumbar support and easily adjustable. The headrest is a bit awkward and doesn't adjust as much as I'd like but you can easily remove it. Overall very happy based on the total value.

After using this chair for two weeks it appears to be well built. I purchased a mesh chair for the cooler feel and the Hyken delivers. The lumbar support is very firm and takes some getting used too. It gave me a back ache the first week but is better this week. The seat is firmer than my mesh seat at work but still comfortable. The 7-year limited warranty gives me a reasonable assurance that this chair will last.

At 6ft tall / 190 lbs I find this chair really comfortable. I am really impressed with the headrest It is super comfortable. Also at the angle I use it (slightly leant back due to high monitors) it puts more weight on my hamstrings instead of my butt which makes it super comfortable. I agree with other reviews that it lacks more adjustment settings but for this price point I am really really happy. It feels like a much more expensive chair. Two of my screws were incorrectly color-coded (yellow instead of blue - according to instructions) but otherwise the installation was really fast and easy.

I purchased this chair for my son. He’s a kid but quite big for his age. He finds it very comfortable. I tried it myself and find it perfect. I’m only 5’4” and I love this chair. I actually want to change this chair with my other chair I paid too much for. It’s really worth the money. The description on the website is very detailed. I got what is written and expected.

This is a replacement for the same chair I bought 6-7 years ago. The headrest on that chair finally broke and I couldn't replace it. This chair is comfortable and the mesh is great in the summer. I work from home and use this chair all day every day so I consider 7 years a good stretch for a desk chair.
