I decided to order this chair after seeing plenty of reviews saying that it wasn't good for people on the tall side. I'm 5'4" so I thought that would make it a great fit for me. Oh how wrong I was. At its lowest setting my feet don't quite touch the floor. As I'm sure you can imagine this pretty much throws ergonomics out the window. I have owned much cheaper chairs that could go lower to the ground so I'm not sure why this is the one aspect they skimped on with this chair. I'm using an under-desk foot rest to compensate but it's not a perfect solution and I'm still getting some muscle aches at the end of the day. So beware don't buy this chair unless you're exactly at a medium height! It just wasn't meant for anyone else.

I purchased this chair after being hit in a rear-end collision which made sitting for more than 1/2 an hour painful and difficult. After sitting in it for a week I appreciate having a comfortable sear which dows not create pain points in addition to the lumbar and neck support. This chair is far more comfortable than the chair I previously used. It is easy to assemble and affordable. Definitely a 5 star rating!

Bought a little over a year ago. Hydraulic lift leaks and the armrests are falling apart. It is a piece of junk.
