I'm 5' 8" and it seems like a perfect fit. Lumbar support is excellent. Overall quality is great. There's a little bit of bunching in the mesh when you have your full weight on it but you generally don't feel it unless you're leaning back and putting a lot of pressure on the front of the base. I took the neck/headrest thing off because it seemed too low and it's not adjustable enough to get it where I want it but it feels even better not having it at all. I was sitting on a wooden dining room chair for two weeks because I wasn't prepared to work from home. This chair saved my life.
I was impressed by the comfort of this chair! It's mesh makes it breathable if you're working in a hot room and the back/head support is great! It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble and it's great quality! Well worth the investment for working at home during the pandemic.
Excellent chair at a very respectable price. Comfortable and offers good support after sitting down all day. We have Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs in the office and despite those chairs still being better they are certainly not worth the difference in price. The only thing to watch out for is your height. I am 5'8" and the headrest is still a little too low for my liking bumping my top vertebrae when I sit up straight. However if you don't care for the headrest you can easily remove it.
Was easy to assemble initially a comfortable chair. However after a few months the mesh is already sagging with the padding lining the front of the chair getting pushed out. I'm not particularly heavy either at ~160 pounds. Would not recommend.
I swapped out a different chair I got from Staples for this last week because after a year working from home my back was in shambles. After getting this along with a standing desk I've noticed a big difference in my posture and comfort.
Great comfort and lumbar support. Mesh structure provides greater comfort for long hours. The adjustable neck support and hand rest are great features.
