Quick and easy to assemble. Comfortable. Easy adjustments besides the headrest of which at my height 6'3" hit me at about the top of my shoulder blades. If you're over 6' this chair may not be for you. I removed the headrest and am comfortable and satisfied in the chair.
This chair is a god send I am 6' 1" and I am a skinny Indian 14 year old that sit at his computer all day. Now I am a power user once I sit down I stay for at least an hour and I have managed to pull 8 hours in my other chair. The only two issues that I see is that the bottom mesh is not the best for comfort and that the headrest digs into my neck. To solve the bottom mesh you could get a mattress topper and shove it in the gap and for the headrest just don't attach it. One of issues that I couldn't solve is that the arm rests are hard to move up and down and they stick. I do believe they use a standard mount so it might be possible to get a pair from Secret Labs for $60 and all you have to do is add some washers and a new hold or two. That is why I gave it a 4 star review. I feel that you paying a premium and not getting what you should.
The warranty alone speaks for itself. But the chair is AMAZINGLY comfortable. No more cushions no more lumbar support no more hot leather chair. I finally found the perfect home office chair.
I left this chair at my old workplace and immediately regretted it. After months of discomfort and increasing lower back pain (and not remembering what it was called) I found it — and lo and behold it was on sale. I bought it immediately and it was shipped promptly. Packaging was surprisingly easy to deal with and the assembly instructions were a breeze. Lower back is now happy and I don't really care if it gets reimbursed or not cause it's worth every penny. Only flaw is the neck rest sits a tad low and sometimes hits my shoulders but it's not worth losing a star over.
