The reviews said it was great but when I saw the mesh seat and back I figured it would be uncomfortable. I was very surprised to find it's extremely comfortable! It's adjustable arms back and seat make it an exact fit and I love the deep recline feature that can also be adjusted. Great chair at a great price!!!

It took a bit to get some parts together when received. Comfortable but the headrest can be a bit awkward at times. Biggest issue I sometimes find myself sitting on the floor not realizing as I'm working that the chair is slowly lowering. Can get annoying after several times in a day.

I was beginning to think that I had a sciatic nerve issue as a result of my old chair. This chair has relieved all lower back and leg pain. Very comfortable and great quality/build. So glad I got it...wish I would've done it back in March when I first started working from home. Better late than never. I'm 5'9 ~150# and it fits me perfect. I read some reviews that suggested it might not be a great selection for a large person but it's a perfect fit for me. All the adjustments I need/want. Especially like the option to lock/unlock the recline feature. Head rest is nice too. Based on build quality I expect to get many years of use from it.
