Pretty easy to assemble. Only tools needed are the included Allen wrench. Parts for each step are clearly labeled so you can't mix up hex screws. All parts are very adjustable so you can get seat height arms back headrest etc. to a position comfortable for you. I'm able to put my hands at a much more comfortable position for typing than my previous desk chair. Seat and back are very comfortable to sit in for a full day of work. Would absolutely recommend and buy again.

after 2 years of usage... not durable.

yeah just like any other thousands of reviews it felt great at first. Good quality and all but just after 2 years of usage it's failing apart. People use it for occasional use might never realized this but I use it daily 4-5 hours minimum but I only weigh 185 lbs and arm rest rubber cushion is show cracks and bottom cushion is sagging and it's now very uncomfortable to sit on. I would have rated it 5 star if I reviewed this within 1st year.
